If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can contact us at hello@mybabydream.com.au to request a cancellation. Once the order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but you can explore our return options.

Not yet, but we’re working on offering this service soon to make your gifting experience even more special!

Absolutely. We prioritise safety and only stock high-quality, baby-safe products.

1. How do I know if a product is in stock?
Our website reflects real-time stock levels. If a product is out of stock, it will be clearly marked, and you may have the option to join a waitlist.
2. Do you offer personalised products?
Currently, we don’t offer personalisation on products, but stay tuned—we’re working on adding this feature soon!

Our delivery times are 8 to 14 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Most orders arrive sooner!

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments and PayPal. We’re also working to introduce Afterpay soon to make shopping even easier for you!

1. How long does shipping take?
Our delivery times are 8 to 14 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Most orders arrive sooner!
2. Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within Australia. For orders under $99, standard shipping rates apply.
3. How do I track my order?
Every order comes with a tracking number, which can be used to monitor your shipment on the Australia Post website.
4. When will my order be dispatched?
Once your payment is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.
5. Why does processing take time?
We take a few hours to complete quality checks and prepare your items for shipment. This ensures your products arrive in perfect condition.
6. Can I get my order faster?
Currently, we only offer standard shipping. Rest assured, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

1. What is My Baby Dream return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchanges if:
- The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All tags and seals are intact, and the product is in resalable condition.
2. What if I receive a faulty product?
If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@mybabydream.com.au. We'll help you organise a return or exchange in line with Australian Consumer Law.
3. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, but the cost and risk of return shipping are yours. Please ensure the product is well-packaged, as we can’t issue credit or exchanges for items that don’t arrive back to us.
4. Are there any products I can't return?
Yes, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for the Prestige Baby Chair or Superb Rocking Chair.
5. How do I start a return or exchange?

6. What are my options after a return is approved?
Once we’ve inspected and approved your return, you can choose:
- An exchange for another product in stock.
- Store credit for the value of the returned item.
